Where we deliver

Anywhere in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We do not ship outside Bahrain yet; for orders elsewhere in the GCC, talk to us and we will quote you directly.

What it costs

BD 3.000 per order, whatever the size of it. A ten-ball pack and a single mini ball cost the same to deliver.

How it works

We call or message you to arrange a time that suits, rather than leaving a card and a problem. Team and academy orders can be delivered to a session.

To confirm before launch: how long delivery takes. Nothing on this site states a dispatch or delivery time, because a time published is a time promised.

Collection

Not currently offered. If you would rather collect, say so when you order and we will sort something out.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right. Send a photograph with your order number and you will not be asked to argue about it.

To confirm before launch: the returns window and whether change-of-mind returns are accepted. Bahrain has no statutory cooling-off period for most retail sales, so this is EQPT's policy to set rather than the law's.

To confirm before launch: who pays return postage, and whether personalised items can be returned at all. Personalised goods are normally excluded, for the obvious reason.

Who you are buying from

EQPT is a brand of —. Your payment is taken by that company through MyFatoorah and will appear on your statement as —, not as EQPT. Card details are entered on MyFatoorah's own page and are never seen by us.

Bulk, club and academy orders

Clubs, academies, schools and leagues can hold an account with agreed prices, and order against it. Delivery to a session or a venue can be arranged. Start a conversation.
